The One Day Auctions team is open to working with licensed realtors to ensure an improved experience for Buyers and Sellers. Auctions are a great way to buy and sell property, and we know that clients are asking their real estate agents about accelerated sales.
Here is how we work with real estate agents at One Day Auctions:
Realtors may include their listed properties in an One Day Auctions event, or may simply refer us a name and number of a seller and collect a referral fee. Either way, the seller benefits from the agent’s sphere of influence combined with our auctioning talent and award-winning marketing campaigns. A referring agent will work with the One Day Auctions team and stay as involved as they wish with tasks such as showings, open houses, attending the auction, assisting in contracting and assisting our closing department in coordination of closing the sale.
As a licensed Realtor, you probably often get asked by your Buyers about Real Estate Auctions. At One Day Auctions, we want you to feel welcome at our auction events. If you have a Buyer who wants to purchase an auction property, you no longer have to leave them on their own when it comes to buying at auction. All the information relating to a property is included in the Auction Information Packet and on our website (www.OneDayAuctions.com). To be eligible to receive a Buyer's Agent Referral Fee, fill out our Broker Registration Form and attend the auction with your Buyer. Broker registration forms are available online via our website (www.OneDayAuctions.com) or by requesting one from our office by email - firstname.lastname@example.org.
General Terms for Broker Cooperation
A Buyer's Agent Referral Fee will be paid to a qualified licensed real estate agent whose registered buyer's offer is accepted by the seller and closes on the property, provided the agent is not prohibited by law from being paid such a fee. To qualify for the Buyer's Agent Referral Fee, the agent must first register his/her prospective buyer on the registration form below. Agents must register their client at least 24 hours prior to the auction start time. If for some reason this form cannot be completed online, agents can request a paper copy and may email it to email@example.com. Agents only receive the Buyer's Agent Referral Feewhen they represent a client, and not if they themselves are the client. Agent understands that the Seller of the auction property reserves the right to accept pre-auction offers from any prospective buyer. A pre-auction sale has the same stipulations as an auction.
No late registrations will be accepted. The Buyer's Agent Referral Fee will be paid only after closing and after One Day Auctions has been paid in full. Agents are not required to attend the closing. Agents must have client's permission to register him/her for the auction. Agents may not register people who are not actually their clients. Agent must accompany their buyer/bidder to the property at some point during the auction marketing period and perform duties for their buyer/bidder in order to fully represent them. If an agent has not met all of these requirements, no Buyer's Agent Referral Fee will be paid to the cooperating agent, even if the agent's client purchases the property. No oral registrations will be accepted. Under no circumstances whatsoever will any Buyer's Agent Referral Fee be paid if the sale does not close for any reason. In the event that two agents register the same buyer, the buyer will be represened by the first agent who registers them or the buyer will be contacted to determine representation by One Day Auctions, who retains sole and absolute authority to assign representation.
